Formerly of Hôtel du Castellet, where he earned three Michelin stars, Chef Bacquié crafts a menu that celebrates the very best of Mediterranean cuisine, highlighting seasonal produce and fresh seafood. 
 

Guests will discover dishes that showcase precision, creativity, and the depth of flavor that define Chef Bacquié's cuisine. Each plate tells a story of passion and dedication, inviting guests to savor the artistry behind every element.
