For five exclusive nights, Safran welcomes Chef Vishal Singh Tanwar from Shangri-La Bengaluru for a special culinary showcase celebrating the richness and diversity of Indian cuisine. With over a decade of experience, Chef Vishal presents a refined journey through India's culinary heritage, featuring authentic regional flavours, time-honoured techniques and vibrant spices.

Taste of Shangri-La
Savour a specially curated three-course dinner menu featuring a starter, main course and dessert at Coco's Beach House, Kushi and Safran. Each restaurant showcases its own distinctive flavours and culinary craftsmanship, inviting guests to experience the diverse tastes that define dining at Shangri-La.
To complement the occasion, a selection of three exclusive tea-inspired beverages will also be available throughout the month at Sega and Coco’s Bars.

The Artemis Domaines Wine Dinner
For the first time in Mauritius, Shangri-La Le Touessrok welcomes Artémis Domaines for two exceptional wine dinners featuring some of the world's most sought-after wines.
