For two nights only, Vinoteca becomes the stage for an exceptional wine and gastronomic experience led by
Swiss winemaker Jean-Michel Walther.

Guests are invited on a sensorial journey through a bespoke multi-course menu, thoughtfully designed to complement Walther’s distinctive wines. Crafted in small quantities and aged exclusively in wood, his cuvées are known for their depth, originality, and strong sense of terroir.

Throughout the evening, each pairing will be personally introduced by Jean-Michel Walther, offering insight into his philosophy, cellar techniques, and the stories behind each wine. Expect expressive flavours, rare bottles, and inspired pairings that celebrate craftsmanship, creativity,
